Lodging Fraudulent Claims
Under Title 17 USC §512(f), any person who knowingly submits false claims of copyright infringement may be subject to legal and financial penalties, including attorney’s fees. Misuse of this process is prohibited. Any fraudulent claims will be rigorously prosecuted.
